200 m run to pull up bar
kip swing/pullup intro
200 m run back to PD
2 rnds
10 pass thru
10 rev pass thru
25 feet hip/quad stretch
25 feet alt. toe touches

Skill: Pistol 3 sets of 5 each leg

WOD For Time:
3 rounds with partner or partners
200 m run with Med Ball (to pull up bar)
10 kip swings or pull ups (each athlete)
(while 1 athlete is on bar all the other athletes have to do med ball squats, no rest)
200 m run back to PD (with med ball)
20 push ups
(while 1 athlete is pushing all other athletes have to do med ball squats, no rest)

cash out: 3 bicycle stretches each leg
