Clean and Split Jerk ladder...warm up to the weight you will use for the WOD. Do this for KBS too.

WOD:
13 min EMOM
even minutes 3 clean and split jerk (heavy weight)
odd minutes 10 KBS (try and use a heavier KB than normal)

cash out: 3 plank holds 1.15 minute,1 minute,45 seconds
