WOD:
30 Min EMOM
1 - 10 cal row
2 - 24'/18'/12' box jump over
3 - DL 185#/135#/95#/65#
4 - Ball lifts over back (should be wall balls) 20#/14#/10#
5 - Chair Dips (should be ring dips) w/added weight/straight leg on chair/straight leg on ground or bent legs

start with 1st exercise and complete within that minute. move to next exercise, etc. You will complete 6 rounds of the 5 exercises in 30 minutes.
