WOD FOR TIME:
1 DL + 1 CLN + 1 Push Press
Continue that set until you have reached 10K lbs for men and 7.5K lbs for women

you must stay with the same weight so figure out what weight you can use and how many sets you will need to complete.

example 135# lifted 3 times is 405 lbs. 25 sets of that is 10k lbs. record time.

then two minute rest and max effort squats for 2 minutes. record number of reps in comments.
