Shoulder Press Overview (strict / push press / push jerk / split jerk)

EMOTM – 8 Minutes
• Practice each press and increase weight (begin with 45# bar)

WOD – 10 Minutes
• 5 Shoulder to overhead 95# (S2OH) (your choice of press)
• 10 Dead Lift the 95#
• 15 box jumps
