Rules:
One partner works at a time (full relay style)
Split reps however you want
Must finish each movement before moving on
Bar comes from the floor (no racks)

Stimulus:
Long grind with strategic switching
Bike = push pace but don’t redline early
Snatches/OHS = manage grip + shoulders
Burpees = steady, sustainable cadence
