“Plank” Challenge


The Challenge: Every weekday, accumulate 3 minutes in a plank hold position.

Scoring:
The scoring is the total time you planked that day. If you completed your 3 minutes that day, then input the 3 minutes as the score.

**You cannot make up for past days by doing extra, so get it in each weekday!



Movements that Count:
It’s your choice! You can do planks, knee plank, side plank, or any combination.

The 3 minutes doesn’t need to be done all at once. Just accumulate at least three minutes throughout each weekday.


Movements: any combination of these movements counts towards the three minutes.

Planks can be done on forearms or hands.
