2 Toes to Bar (or hanging knee raises)
2 Wall Ball (at workout weight and height)

Workout
10 minute AMRAP (sprint the first 5 minutes, steady the last 5 minutes)
7 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (2x35/2x20)
7 Lateral Burpee over Dumbbells
7 Hanging TTB or Knee Raises
7 Wall Ball (14/10) (or 10 Air Squats)
