Split however you want
Only one machine working at a time (creates strategy + rest)

Part 2 – Barbell + Gymnastics (You Go / I Go)
60 Toes-to-Bar
50 Power Cleans
40 Front Squats
30 Push Jerks

One partner works while the other rests
Switch as needed
Barbell weight: Moderate (should allow 5–10 reps at a time early)

Time Cap: 45–55 minutes
