5. 24 Shoulder Press (95/65 barbell or DB equivalent)

1. Only 1 athlete works at a time
2. Reps/calories/meters may be split however desired
3. Must complete full station before moving on
4. Partners rotate as needed
5. Two Athletes holding a deadlift while work is being performed.
