Time Cap: 50 Minutes
Each round:
• 6 Wall Walks
• 12 Toes-to-Bar
• 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
• 30 Sit-Ups
• 20 Cal Echo Bike
• 500m Row
• 12 Pull-Ups
• 20 KB Deadlifts

Partner Rules
• One partner works while the other maintains a Bear Hug Sandbag Hold
• Partners may switch at any time
• Reps/calories/distance can be divided however desired
• If the sandbag is dropped, all work stops until it is picked back up


Suggested Loading / Scaling
Wall Walks
• Scale to wall walk reaches or reduce reps
Toes-to-Bar
• Hanging knee raises or V-ups
Pull-Ups
• Ring rows, jumping pull-ups, or band-assisted
KB Deadlifts
• Moderate-heavy weight that can be completed in 1–2 sets
Bear Hug Sandbag
• Moderate-heavy with planned switches
