4.7.15 DL and 5 rounds KBS(Reps) DL work to heavy weight then 1x1x1x1x1 WOD: 5 rounds of 25 kbs complete 25 reps in one minute then rest one minute. For every round that you don't complete the 25 within a minute you will owe 10 burpees at the end of the wod. RX 53#/35#
